1.1.3 beta 2 is available here!.
Kraken 1.1.3 Openfire 3.6.4 MSN has been working fine for the most part. Message delivery, roster loading, contact presence, etc all behave as expected. However, it appears that the gateway is not broadcasting an initial presence notification on login. Roster events for the gateway itself are broadcasted as expected. Anyone else seen this? Any ideas? Cheers! -Matt |

Re: MSN Transport does not broadcast presence notification ...
Hi Daniel, Say, have you perchance had time to dig into this one a little? The JIRA site is timing out on me at the moment so I can't check the status of the related bug.
Thanks!

I am also having problems logging in to MSN using Openfire 3.6.4 with Kraken 1.1.3 beta on Suse Linux 10. I tried putting the same version of Openfire and Karaken on Windows and it works fine. Are these issues are related?
Thank you.
Re: MSN Transport does not broadcast presence notification ...
Hi, I am also using the Kraken plugin within Spark IM client and whenever I try to log into my MSN account, it seems to be logged in but nothing happens and no contacts can be seen? Is this a known issue?
Thanks a lot for your help and keep up the good work!!
Re: MSN Transport does not broadcast presence notification ...
Hrm. Makes me think that maybe JML is using a different means to tell me that the user is completely logged in. Would you mind creating an issue in the issue tracker for this? You aren't the only one to see it. =)
Re: MSN Transport does not broadcast presence notification ...
Just tried to log the issue but it seems I don't have write access to Jira? (though don't rule out the possibility that the problem is between the keyboard and the chair)
Re: MSN Transport does not broadcast presence notification ...
Did you create an account? =)
